YOGA STRONG & LEAN

LEVEL: 2, 3

WHAT IT IS: Vinyasa-based class, using breath to heat the body and integrating poses and balances that strengthen the lean muscles of the legs, arms and shoulders.

LEVELS

LEVEL 1 & FOUNDATIONS
Good for beginners, new to yoga or returning to yoga following hiatus or injury.

LEVEL 2
Have practised yoga, familiar with alignment and comfortable with the flow and basic poses.

LEVEL 3
Regular practitioners of yoga, active in other sports, familiar with other styles of yoga and want to accelerate their practise and get a vigorous work out.
