HATHA

LEVEL: 1, 2 (and those who still want to practice the basics)

WHAT IT IS: A great introduction to poses (asanas) and breathing techniques (pranayama). The goal is to gain a better understanding of your body’s flexibility, alignment, balance and breath integration, easy on the shoulders as there is no flow. 

LEVELS

LEVEL 1 & FOUNDATIONS
Good for beginners, new to yoga or returning to yoga following hiatus or injury.

LEVEL 2
Have practised yoga, familiar with alignment and comfortable with the flow and basic poses.

LEVEL 3
Regular practitioners of yoga, active in other sports, familiar with other styles of yoga and want to accelerate their practise and get a vigorous work out.
